Their Brisbane office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and as they continue to grow they are looking for a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join their team.Your JobTo be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator on mixed commercial and industrial projects. Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous companies. You will have worked independently on commercial or industrial build projects from start to finish taking sole responsibility for; writing scopes of work, letting trade packages and negotiating on price, budget control and forecasting during a project, ownership of RFIs and document registers and closing out of trade packages. Ideally you will have been exposed to mid-tier projects over $5m of both new build and refurbishment projects.
