      We are exclusively partnering with one of the countries largest not for profit organisations to recruit a number of graduate payroll positions.The organisation pays over 8,000 employees statewide and has a large payroll team in a shared services model, we are currently looking for graduates with some experience and/or an interest in accounting, finance or HR to join the payroll team and be trained up over the next couple of years into fully fledged payroll officers.You will be:Working flexibly across a small team on tasks related to payroll production, such as entering starter information, running pays, reconciliations, paying superannuation and answering payroll queries. We are looking for:Someone with a demonstrated desire and understanding in payroll, accounting or HR services. An ability to research, understand and describe financial concepts such as gross wages, tax scales, allowances and superannuation. Excellent communication skills with a focus on meeting customer needs to deal with queries in a timely and effective manner. High level of written communication skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
