Compliance: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to strict regulatory guidelines, ensuring fair and respectful treatment of all customers.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Communicators: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy, resilience, and professionalism.
Negotiation Skills: A natural ability to problem-solve and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Tech Savvy: Comfort navigating multiple software systems, databases, and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Integrity: A commitment to public sector values, confidentiality, and treating every individual with respect.
Mandatory & Desired Clearances
National Police Clearance: A current, valid National Police Certificate is a mandatory requirement for employment.
