● Remuneration Evaluations for Enterprise Agreement roles with experience using Hay
Remuneration methodology

● Remuneration Evaluations for Executive roles with experience using the Victorian Public
Sector Commission’s Public Entity Executive Remuneration Classification Framework
● Experience in advising on remuneration in the context of the Victorian Public Sector –
including reporting requirements to Board and Sub Committees – including the Premier's
annual remuneration adjustment guideline rate, also known as the "guideline rate".
● Experience in leading transformative large-scale, remuneration projects, to align
remuneration outcomes that are industrially sound, accurate and meet legislative and
compliance obligations.
