Drive Quality & Safety: Ensure flawless documentation and adhere to all safety protocols, accreditation standards, and clinical governance frameworks to maintain an environment of ironclad patient safety.
Mentor & Collaborate: Act as a clinical resource for junior staff, sharing your specialised knowledge and actively fostering a strong, collaborative culture within the multi-disciplinary team.
About You: The Surgical Specialist We Need
We are searching for a highly skilled Registered Nurse dedicated to excellence, passionate about surgical care, and ready to embrace a rewarding lifestyle in Tasmania.
The Specialist We Need: You are a highly proficient Surgical RN with significant experience and confidence in caring for patients following complex Neuro and Cardiothoracic procedures. You thrive in a demanding acute environment and are personally accountable for exceptional patient care.
Your Essential Toolkit: You bring Current AHPRA Registration (RN), demonstrated substantial clinical experience in Neuro and Cardiothoracic wards (or equivalent surgical critical care), and a strong, practical understanding of NSQHS standards and clinical risk management.
