The role
As a Recruitment Resourcer you'll play a key role in supporting a Principal Consultant by finding, engaging, and managing top construction talent. This role is all about building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. You'll work closely with the Principal Consultant to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality outcomes. At Randstad, you'll be part of a collaborative team where your input is valued, and your success is recognised.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates across commercial construction role profiles using various tools and platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pools for active and future roles.
- Provide support with interview coordination, candidate management, and administrative tasks.
- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to the right opportunities.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate candidate information and progress notes.
- Deliver a high standard of candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process.
About you:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales or admin support within a fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
- You're confident using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and job boards to identify and engage talent.
- You have a keen interest in commercial construction and are eager to learn more about the industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- You enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in supporting others to succeed.
