About your new role
The Recruitment Officer coordinates the recruitment process, ensuring clarity in role requirements and adherence to established procedures. They collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies and engages actively with candidates. They maintain organised recruitment documentation, and continually seeks ways to enhance the recruitment process.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process from role identification to onboarding, ensuring understanding specific role requirements and adherence to processes.
- Consult with Hiring Managers to devise effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with the university's goals.
- Proactively manage candidates, ensuring clear communication and building talent pools of evaluated individuals.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and achieve individual recruitment KPIs while promoting best practices.
- Collaborate within the HR team, upholding university values and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Facilitate timely report submission, uphold data integrity according to university systems, and partner with managers to advance compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate purchasing processes and resolve any discrepancies in payment schedules.
