The Role - Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
Grow and manage your own profitable desk within the public sector
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet client needs
Source, interview, and place quality candidates into the right roles
Manage the full recruitment process from end to end
Work on-site with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their workforce requirements
About You:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment agency experience or proven B2B sales success
A confident business developer who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
A team player who is driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
A stable work history and a track record of delivering results
