Nurses have a unique advantage: they can quickly build rapport with other nurses and use their clinical expertise to accurately assess a candidate's skill and suitability for a role. You already speak the language of healthcare, which is a massive head start.
What are the hours and work model? You can finally say goodbye to weekend shifts! Our standard hours, Monday to Friday. We also offer a flexible, hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
What is the salary and compensation? We use a fair grading system, similar to a nursing award, to ensure a competitive base salary. On top of that, you will have the opportunity to earn significant commission and bonuses. Your earning potential is directly tied to your success, making this a very lucrative career for those who master it.
