What You'll Bring to the Table:
We're looking for a consultative recruiter who thrives in a sales-focused environment. Key attributes include:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in Recruitment or B2B sales, ideally servicing maintenance, facilities, or related blue-collar industries. Knowledge of the Electrical sector is a strong asset.
- Sales & Commercial Acumen: A track record of meeting sales targets, with the ability to identify business potential, present solutions, and negotiate deals.
- Relationship Builder: Naturally adept at forging strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Results-Driven & Resilient: Motivated to exceed targets, tenacious in pursuing opportunities, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Proactive, supportive, and collaborative within the team.
- Essential: Valid driver's license and your own transport.
