Your Main Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact at reception – warmly welcoming guests and colleagues
- Keep the office looking great and running smoothly (kitchen, meeting rooms, supplies, etc.)
- Organise catering, groceries, drinks and office supplies across APAC offices
- Coordinate events like monthly team lunches, town halls and morning teas
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and parcels
- Assist with new hire onboarding – including dispatch of laptops and welcome boxes
- Support the HR team with ad hoc admin including reports, expenses and presentations

About You:
- Previous experience in Reception, Facilities or Event Coordination
- Someone who takes initiative, stays two steps ahead and solves problems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
