- Radio Communications: Mobile, Portable, Fixed, and Paging systems.
- Telecommunications: Wireline, wireless, IP, LAN/WAN, telephony, and mobile phones.
- End User Devices: Data, voice, video, laptops, PCs, output, and multimedia hardware.
- Provide field-based second/third level support for radio communications, telecommunications, and end-user devices.
- Contribute to the delivery of infrastructure projects, including coordination, acceptance testing, and documentation.
- Design, implement, and maintain technical environments.
- Monitor and action Service Requests and Incident Queues to meet agreed SLAs.
- Provide technical assistance and advice during major incidents and emergencies.
- Investigate and recommend new technologies to enhance system supportability and currency.
- Provide field support for communication facilities during major events and operational support during incidents.
- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification in an Information & Communications Technology related discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a wide suite of technology operations, installation, and support.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Electronic and Electrical principles.
- Knowledge and experience with Structured Cabling.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a current Victorian Driver Licence.
