About The Role
Stepping into a client-facing position, you will have exposure to a prestigious portfolio spanning health, commercial, workspace, education, sports & rec, industrial, and major residential. Supported by an established national network, your responsibilities will include the creation and delivery of:
Initial budgets and benchmarking
Elemental and trade-based cost plans
Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pre-tender estimates
Tender analysis and methodology advice
Bank reports and draw-down recommendations
Value engineering (challenging client views when appropriate to ensure excellence)
Variation valuations and progress claim recommendations

About The Candidate
We are looking for a technically sharp, client-ready professional. To be successful, you must have:
Experience: At least 2 years of local experience within a similar consultancy firm.
Education: An accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in CostX (or similar) and Excel is essential.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable advising high-level stakeholders.
