• Allocate instructions and work tasks to the team, to ensure smooth workflows and timelines are met /
  exceeded.
• Provide mentoring and on the job training (OJT) as applicable for QA to assist management with
  inspections and quality inspection log transactions / activities.
• Responsible for the initial, proactive management of staffing issues and employee relations in line with
  company policies and procedures.
• Work with Incoming Goods Supervisor to manage effectiveness of inspections and its contribution to
  warehousing efficiencies, including improvements using endorsed technology and process
  improvements.
• Coordinate the Non-conformance Reporting and Corrective Action systems to ensure the timely
  resolution of nonconformities. Prepare Quality Documents, Records and Reports.
• Provide guidance to other departments on the preparation of Quality Procedures.
• Provide guidance to other departments on the acquisition and processing of data to aid process and
  product improvement.
• Develop and implement quality training and awareness programs.
• Supervise the activities of quality inspection staff.
  
  

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in managing staff in a business with a certified quality
  management system.
• 3 years’ experience in an electronics field would be an advantage.
• Change Management through on-going professional development.
• Competent in use of Microsoft applications at an intermediate level, experience with MRP principals and
  use of PRONTO would be an advantage but not required.
• Strong Communication skills both oral and written at professional level.
• High attention to detail with strong data entry skills, strong analytical and process management skills.
• The ability to promote and manage change with a positive outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team.
