The Role
... You will be working in a team of 3 conducting initial assessments on a variety of processes that were undergone with industry fund members. You will be checking on outcomes that were remediated to ensure they were done correctly.
To understand the root causes of the issues, you will be liaising with the funds administrator as well as internal teams. Then you will be working with the team to assist in remediation of issues that have come apparent.
You will then be performing calculations to support all the members being remediated and coordinate communications between the fund and the member.
Your Experience
You will have worked in Wealth / Superannuation for over 5 years
3 + Years In Technical or Analytical Role
You will have Excellent Word / Excel / Outlook Skills
Be able to work independently and be self motivated.
