      Our clientExciting Top 50 ASX organisation that is experiencing growth and they’re seeking multiple Senior Project Managers to join the team and execute high level complex infrastructure projects on their Data Centres. The Role This role will see you in a leadership position providing purpose and guidance to ensure that the delivery team remains high performing and collaborative. You will make key decisions both strategic and tactical ensuring the projects success as well as utilise your previous experience with mergers/separations and plan and drive cohesion across the delivery while resolving any conflicts. You will ensure alignment with project outcomes and targets by creating a clear roadmap you’re your previously conducted impact assessments, risk and issue and change activities. You will be expected to drive project credibility and influence stakeholders by building a culture of trust and authenticity. Your Skills/Who you are8+ years’ experience in Senior Project Management or similar.Previous experience on complex enterprise projects with $20M+ budgets.Demonstrated experience delivering on major business solutions into production/implementations.3+ years’ experience in Project management on Data Centre or similar projects(relocation/network/domain)Experience in heavily regulated industries. Due to continued expansion in Melbourne this client has a requirement for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its closely knit team capable of running large scale projects. As a Project Manager with this group you will have complete responsibility for all financials, programs and project delivery, will play a key role in management and development of existing and new clients, and take a lead in developing the skills of your construction team. You may be required to oversee 1-2 Project Managers and also manage projects to the value of $50m. To be considered for this role you must previous Project Management experience within a building group with an interiors bias.
