This is a contract role with the opportunity to stay in an ongoing casual pool with generous hours. Duties include but are not limited to:Provide first-level technical support for incidents and service requests to restorenormal service operation within agreed service levels.End-to-end ownership of all incidents and service requests including keeping relevantsupport teams and business users informed of updates.Installation and deployment of new devices and relocation of hardware.Ensure all relevant incidents and service requests are logged with sufficient detail,including correct classification, allocation, and prioritisation.Escalating incidents and service requests to specialist support teams when they cannotbe resolved within agreed timescales.Role requirements & criteria:Demonstrated experience in the IT field Computing skills & a passion for ITExceptional customer serviceAbility to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressureEnjoy working within a fast-paced environmentIf this sounds like the ideal opportunity for you, please apply now.
