The role involves strapping/unstrapping road trains, preparing the material bags for forklifts to move and store according to stock pile creation plan. Forklift operators will be VOC'd prior to commencement; main duties are moving bulker bags from road trains into the warehouses. We have a rostering system and you may be on call and required to do overtime. The warehouse is located at Dry Creek & Port Adelaide. Work will be for approx 4-6 days (24 hour roster) when the ship arrives every 2-4 weeks.
