Are you an experienced procurement and operations professional ready to take ownership of purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations?
We’re looking for a highly organised Coordinator to join our client’s team in Fairfield. You’ll be responsible for ensuring materials move efficiently from procurement through to storage and delivery—improving accuracy, reducing costs, and supporting operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships
- Manage purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory and supplier records
- Coordinate the full transportation process from sourced supplier to local destination; monitoring; managing; and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and support process improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Current forklift licence required
- ERP proficiency (preferably Dynamics 365)
- Highly organisation with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
