Purchasing Specialist

In the role of Purchasing Specialist, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all aspects of purchasing and supplier management. This role is available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain POs and agreements to ensure supply continuity.
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes with both domestic and international suppliers.
- Request and evaluate quotes, including lead times
- Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory and supplier records within the ERP system, including daily goods receipt, invoice approvals, and resolution of supplier account discrepancies
Key requirements
- Demonstrated previous experience in purchasing
- Experience with modern ERP systems essential
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to accuracy and detail
- Great written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence to problem solve using own initiative
