1. Project Support Officer – Program Governance & Delivery
Support the Project Manager and delivery team across a high-profile IT program. This role demands precision, initiative, and the ability to stay two steps ahead.
Key responsibilities:
... - Provide secretariat support to project governance committees
- Coordinate meetings, track actions, and manage project registers
- Maintain critical project documentation and artefacts
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assurance work
- Keep the delivery engine running across multiple initiatives

2. Project Officer – Enterprise Delivery Portfolio (EDP)
Reporting to the Program Manager, this hands-on role supports emerging ITS projects and contributes to process improvement across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive secretariat and reporting functions for governance
- Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes
- Support project assurance and oversight activities
- Lead coordination of large workshops and senior stakeholder meetings
- Manage shared mailboxes, calendars, and tracking systems
Perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to step in and make things better.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in project support or coordination, ideally in IT or government
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- A self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability
