Join one of Australia's premier integrated resorts delivering large-scale projects across the entertainment and hospitality industry. We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to drive complex building services projects across our landmark Sydney property.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of high-impact M&E projects from concept to handover, working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team. You will have experience of managing a program of works c.$25M in total consisting of 8-12 packages.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects across the integrated resort.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets and resources to ensure safe, high-quality, on-budget completion.
- Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend site and design meetings, resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
- Monitor and report on project performance, progress, and risks.
- Ensure all work aligns with health and safety regulations and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical and leadership support to project teams.
About You:
- Strong background in M&E project management, engineering, or construction.
- Proven experience managing building services within large, complex environments — ideally in the entertainment, hotel, or hospitality sectors.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and leading project teams to deliver results.
- Skilled in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire Systems, and Vertical Transport.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and project reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years in project management or M&E coordination roles.
