Are you a highly skilled Project Manager with a knack for delivering top-tier residential projects? A leading property developer in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to oversee every stage of construction, from initial planning to final delivery.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work both in the office and on-site, collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What you'll do:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to secure necessary approvals.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring strict compliance with drawings, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site meetings, resolve issues, and provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.
Manage project costs, including reviewing variations and reporting on financial performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee project handover, defect rectification, and the warranty period to ensure a seamless client experience.
What we're looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 3+ years in a project management role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects.
In-depth knowledge of South Australian building regulations, NCC standards, and approval processes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the MS Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A Builder’s Licence (Classes 1 & 10) is highly regarded.
What we offer:
A competitive annual salary of AUD $120,000 - $150,000 plus super based on experience.
