The Role
- Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects in the retail, hospitality and education sectors.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- You will forecast and manage project budgets
- Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
- Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
- Grow and develop your team members including site managers, foreman and contracts administrators
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record in delivering of commercial Fitout projects up to $5m in Australia
- Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded within the retail sector
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
