The Opportunity

As the Project Manager – Epoxy & Specialist Flooring, you will be the central figure for your projects, managing the process end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include:

Estimation & Client Engagement

• Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for epoxy, resinous, and speciality commercial flooring solutions.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, engaging in client meetings and product selection.

• Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with builders, facility managers, and key industry partners.

• Efficiently manage customer invoicing and project documentation.

Project Planning & Execution

• Take full ownership of project management from initial site assessment to final walkthrough.

• Interpret architectural plans and specifications to define project scope, including surface preparation and moisture mitigation.

• Schedule and coordinate in-house specialist teams and external contractors.

• Manage the ordering and supply of resins, aggregates, and specialised materials.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

• Proven Experience: A background in project management or estimation within the epoxy or resinous flooring industry.

• Highly Regarded: Candidates with specific experience in Polished Concrete, Waterproofing, or Commercial Floor Coverings will be prioritised.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to manage complex timelines and understand the chemistry/application requirements of high-performance coatings.

• Relationship Driven: A strong foundation in customer service and the ability to navigate B2B sales cycles.

Your Professional Attributes:

• Organised: A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple sites independently.

• Communicator: Clear and confident in both written reports and on-site verbal instructions.
