This is a fast-paced, 8-10 week contract for a Site Manager who is passionate about green building and operational excellence.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be the boots on the ground, ensuring this project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest sustainability standards. Your focus will be on:

• Site Supervision: Managing all day-to-day operations and ensuring subcontractors adhere to the project timeline.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintaining a gold-standard WHS environment and ensuring all environmental protocols are strictly followed.

• Quality Control: Oversight of sustainable materials and specialised build methods unique to this project.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.

What You’ll Bring

We aren't looking for a "learner" for this one—we need a veteran who can step onto a site and take control from day one.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Site Manager within the Australian construction industry (Commercial or Residential).

• Knowledge: A solid understanding of sustainable building practices or a genuine interest in eco-friendly construction.

• Leadership: Strong communication skills and the "tough but fair" attitude required to keep subs on track.

• Credentials: Valid White Card, First Aid, and relevant building qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction preferred).

• Local Savvy: Ideally based in Northern Adelaide or the Barossa region, or willing to commute.
