As they continue to expand, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join their team, overseeing projects valued up to $30 million. This is a Brisbane based role working in the office and ability to work from site and home where required, earn and be provided trust and flexibility as you should be.

The Role

Project Manager joining a well established team looking after either 1 majore project or a 1-3 smaller projects colectively with the backing of your team

You will forecast and manage all project deliverables collectively with your Site Manager and Commercial team

Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team

Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultant

Lead from the front and provide guidance and support to your team, higher level thinking and problem solving.

Experience/Qualifications Required

A stable track record in delivering of commercial construction projects for the head contractor, in Australia up to $20m

Positive tenure in your career is highly regarded (where controllable)

An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively

Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar

A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
