To be considered for this role, applicants should demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., bachelor’s/master’s degree, PMP certification, engineering or equivalent).
- Proven experience in developing and/or enhancing project management frameworks, policies, tools, and capability-building initiatives.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with capital delivery programs, stakeholder management, and effective benefit/risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Required Skills
