The Role
This is a strategic leadership appointment. You will move beyond day-to-day project delivery to act as a Market Leader, focusing on team mentorship, business growth, and high-level stakeholder advisory.
Lead & Scale: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers, ensuring technical excellence across the Building and Property portfolio.
Strategic Growth: Utilise your industry network to identify market trends and secure new project opportunities in the commercial and residential space.
Advisory: Act as the "principal voice" for key clients, providing strategic advice on project feasibility, risk mitigation, and delivery models.
The Qualifications
We are looking for a blend of "site-based grit" and high-level commercial acumen. Ideal candidates will possess:
Education: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (Masters or MBA highly regarded).
Experience: 12–15+ years in building construction, specifically across Commercial & Residential sectors. Experience within a Head Contractor (Tier 1/2) or Senior Architectural Delivery environment is highly desired.
Professional Chartership: Industry recognition via MRICS (Chartered Surveyor) or AIPM (CPPD) status.
Commercial Capability: A proven track record in Business Development, securing new work, and managing high-level C-suite stakeholders.

The Strategic Builder: Currently a Project Director or CM within a Head Contractor, looking to transition your technical knowledge into a prestigious advisory role.
The Design-Led PM: From an Architectural background with deep experience in construction delivery, understanding the balance between design and commercial reality.
The Proven Consultant: A leader already in a consultancy space looking for more autonomy and a clear path to Equity/Directorship.
