Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for civil and structural works.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, interpret drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cost & Budget Management: Assist with cost forecasting, tracking, and ensuring projects remain within budgetary constraints.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures and maintain a strong commitment to site safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate project reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the civil construction industry.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems under pressure.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
