This client has decades of expertise in the local market and a large number of well known developments across Australia now growing the delivery team it is a perfect time to join on one of Queensland's most exciting businesses.
The Role
- Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure key milestones are hit
- Joining a team delivering a $700m high end multilevel residential development
- Managing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors, stakeholders and colleagues in a professional manner
- Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fit out components of a large development
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
- Key focus on finishes with extremely high quality on a large scale you'll have the ability to manage sections, delegate to site engineers and work collaboratively with upper management.
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1/2 builders in a project engineer role (minimum of 5 years)
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Local experience with both unions and subcontractors in the tier 1 space
