Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and milestones
Act as a key liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Track project progress, flag risks, and assist in problem-solving to keep works on schedule
Support preparation of reports, budgets, and compliance documentation
Attend site and project meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups are actioned
Assist with procurement, contract administration, and project documentation
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a project coordination or support role (construction preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to construction software is advantageous
A proactive, team-first approach with problem-solving mindset
