This is an exciting opportunity to join a higher education college based in Melbourne CBD and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across technical services. The new resource will focus on managing the transition as updated policies and practices come into effect, helping teams adapt and thrive. You’ll work across departments to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and ensure new ways of working are implemented smoothly, making a real impact on the College’s teaching and research operations.
Your role:
Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of updated policies and procedures.
Conduct current state analysis of competencies and capabilities within technical services.
Create a risk register and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Define a future state of competencies and capabilities and support teams in transitioning to these.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of improvements and changes.
Track progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates effectively.
About you:
Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
Experience in large, complex organiational environments.
Ability to support teams through policy transitions and process changes.
