Project Administrator – Support National Connectivity Projects

With a strong reputation in the infrastructure and telecommunications space, this organisation delivers high-volume, high-impact projects that directly support the roll-out and maintenance of critical national networks.
As part of their ongoing program of works, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced delivery team.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide project coordination and administrative support to ensure the accurate processing and validation of complex work claims. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to manage documentation, review claims, and maintain work-flow integrity across a high-volume portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
... - Validate high volumes of technical work orders against contract rates and artefacts
- Ensure timely approvals and dispute resolution of rejected claims to meet performance targets
- Liaise with subcontractors to request supporting documentation or resolve queries
- Track trends through generation of regular reporting
- Escalation of any negative claim trends to leaders
- Provide admin and project support to field teams and supervisors
- Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and ensure work-flow compliance
- Support process improvements, training delivery, and on-boarding of new team members
- Oversee upkeep of all work orders to maintain data integrity and work-flow accuracy
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in project administration, claims processing, and contract support - essential
- Experience generating and / or writing reports
- Telecommunications related background experience - highly desirable
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder liaison
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
- A proactive mindset, team-focused approach, and commitment to high performance
- Familiarity with KPIs, reporting processes, and contractual compliance advantageous
