Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Validate subcontractor claims to ensure compliance with contract terms and applicable rates.
• Ensure performance targets for Complex Works are consistently met or in line with contractual KPIs and OPMs.

• Review work tickets and generate RCTIs within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate workflow data through effective oversight of Work Orders, STOWs, and ticket approvals.
• Liaise directly with field staff, subcontractors, and clients as required.
• Generate and present reports to identify performance trends and support continuous improvement.

• Contribute by supporting system enhancements, procedure updates, and supporting new team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience within the telecommunications industry (Specifically nbn) highly regarded
• Experience managing to strict KPIs
• Experience managing multiple tickets of work
• Solid knowledge of contracts with a focus on Schedule of Rates applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and develop positive relationships.
• A dedicated approach to safety, environmental protection, quality and training.
• The ability to develop a strong team environment through open and honest communication.
