Your New Role
This position will be supporting the project group and functional leads. This position will be an initial full time 12 month contract with a high possibility of extension.
Must have previous mining indusutry experience!
Your Responsibilities:
• Diary support and meeting management for General Managers and Project Managers in Execution Phase
• SAP Concur expense processing for General Managers and Managers
• Travel booking requests/submissions as required by Projects including liaising with other travelling parties to ensure alignment of travel plans;
• Liaise and support Project Managers as required in relation to their projects. Including collaboration to ensure that Project support is across where the projects are at and ongoing next stages of projects, team meetings and agendas, minutes/team page updates/MOS Board support and maintenance
• Liaise and support functional leaders as and when required

• Prepare, collate and coordinate presentation packs for projects and functions, ensuring all contributors have been provided required materials
• Onboarding of new team members into owners’ team
• Assistance with onboarding of delivery providers
• Assist in coordinating and organising training relevant to projects or project personnel as required
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships within all divisions
• Be part of a broader Business Services Team and support as required across all projects and functional groups including being readily active and available for unprecedented events and circumstances that may arise
• Develop and maintain standard administrative support process documentation. This will include the ongoing review of all procedures to ensure they are working effectively, and any process improvements identified and implemented
• Management of ICARE, Inbox, mail list and organising of upcoming events
• Liaise with CBRE regarding office requests and requirements for building management.
• Process SES, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Bank Guarantees, Docusign submissions and follow ups.
• BRT assistance and support as required.
• Establish good working relationships with Administrators.
• Oversee the Contractor Management maintenance in Org chart.
• Assistance with rollout and understanding of mobilisation process dependent on the project delivery model.
