• Maintaining site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records and reconciling data with the accounts department.

• Maintaining a filing system of site documentation, ensuring information is available when required.
• Payroll administration and project travel/accommodation procurement.
• Setting up logins, ICT equipment, and desk space for new starters.

About You:

• Proficient skills in computers: SAP, MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
• Experience in SAP purchasing and payroll functions is essential.
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project information accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
