Your New Role:
Reporting to a supportive Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful support of the project team. Your responsibilities will include:
... - Purchase of materials, equipment, and consumables, including coordination of delivery to site.
- SAP raising and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals, and queries.
- Maintaining site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records and reconciling data with the accounts department.
- Providing administration support to the site project team.
- Maintaining a filing system of site documentation, ensuring information is available when required.
- Payroll administration and project travel/accommodation procurement.
- Setting up logins, ICT equipment, and desk space for new starters.

About You:
- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
- Experience in SAP purchasing and payroll functions is essential.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project information accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Customer focused, team oriented, accountable, and results driven with a positive can-do attitude.
