About the Role
Holcim’s Humes division is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a site-based team in the safe, sustainable, and efficient production of precast concrete products. This is a key leadership position focused on daily operations, safety, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
Champion safety by enforcing HSE policies and promoting a proactive safety culture
Allocate resources, manage schedules, and coordinate with other departments
Monitor production metrics including downtime, rework, and efficiency
Support team development through coaching, communication, and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and reporting systems
Contribute to a positive team culture aligned with Holcim values
What You’ll Need
Experience in concrete or civil construction
- Experience in production management
Background in precast, or reinforced concrete manufacturing
Machinery operation tickets (e.g., overhead crane); trade qualification (desirable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
