About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major capital projects, ensuring compliance, value for money, and timely delivery. Working closely with project managers, engineers and contract stakeholders, you will drive strategic sourcing and manage complex procurement activities for construction, plant & equipment, professional services, and infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement planning and strategy for capital works and infrastructure projects
• Manage end-to-end tender processes (EOIs, RFTs, RFQs) including evaluation and negotiation
• Prepare and review procurement documentation, scopes of work and contract terms
• Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and procurement policy
• Engage and influence a broad range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Provide commercial and procurement advice throughout the project lifecycle

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in procurement for capital projects (e.g. infrastructure, construction, utilities, transport)
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, tendering and contract negotiation
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teams
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or procurement certifications preferred
