Manage the complete purchasing lifecycle from requisition to order placement, ensuring all activities are conducted with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Utilise and maintain procurement systems to process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage vendor information.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on procurement processes and building strong working relationships to meet their needs.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to purchasing, invoices, or supplier communication.
Maintain meticulous records of all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
A solid background in purchasing and procurement processes
Demonstrated experience using major purchasing or ERP systems such as Maximo, SAP, or JD Edwards.
High-level computer literacy with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
