Primary Teacher Vacancies (Multiple Positions)
Our client is looking for multiple passionate Primary Classroom Teachers (P-6) to contribute to their dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging curriculum aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning atmosphere for all students.
Utilize data to inform teaching and differentiate learning programs.
Actively participate in professional learning teams and whole-school initiatives.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider Melton West community.

Leadership Opportunity: Leading Teacher - Disability Inclusion (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the school's response to the Disability Inclusion funding model and the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
Coordinate, mentor, and build capacity among staff in best practices for inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Oversee the development, implementation, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Liaise with external specialists, allied health professionals, and parent/carer support groups.
Manage the school's resources and support staff dedicated to disability inclusion.
Essential Criteria for Leading Teacher: Successful candidates must possess demonstrated expertise in inclusive practices, curriculum design for diverse learners, strong change management skills, and prior experience in a leadership capacity.
