About your new role
Project Management Officers will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s transformation toward service excellence in alternative dispute resolution. You will contribute to projects that enhance the client experience through the delivery of new and improved services. Working closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you’ll manage key program documentation and processes while proactively engaging with Project Sponsors, Business Leads, and other stakeholders.
What you will need to exceed
... - Strong ability to create and manage project artefacts including roadmaps, schedules, risk and issue registers, and status reports.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex planning and scheduling tasks with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and engaging with subject matter experts and project sponsors.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and Power BI
- Experience supporting governance frameworks, quality checks, and reporting processes across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and experience in government transformation initiatives is highly regarded.
Must have
- The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in using MS Projects and possess exceptional scheduling skills
Desirable
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a government, regulatory, or complex organisational setting.
