HR Partners are looking for a skilled HRIS Systems Administrator with experience in People & Culture to join a collaborative and positive team enviroment in Sydney's Northern Suburbs.
You’ll play a key role in a significant digital transformation as the company transitions to a new HRIS, guiding and supporting others through this major system change. Your strong communication skills, experience in HRIS implementation, and confidence in upskilling colleagues will be crucial to the team's success.
Key Considerations:
- Fully on site
- Part time: Four days per week
- Hours: 8am to 4pm daily
- Salary: $100,000+ Super Full-Time Equivelant
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for the HRIS, assisting employees and troubleshooting issues
- Supporting ongoing HRIS implementation and data migration with various teams across the organisation
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
- Developing and delivering training to enhance system capability across the organisation
About you:
- Strong HRIS administration background, with experience in implementation
- Advanced Excel and database management capabilities
- Solid grasp of HR processes, including a good understanding of labour legislation and data protection
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholder
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
