About the Role: As a business partner, you will provide informed advice and technical expertise on a wide range of People and Culture matters, including the resolution of workplace issues, performance management, case management, and Enterprise Agreement guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely, accurate, and contemporary HR advice to support leaders in developing high-performing work teams.
Manage a broad range of workplace relations issues , including responding to and investigating employee grievances, disputes, and complaints.
Support leaders and client groups through major change, grievances, and investigations with a humanistic, employee-centric approach.
Partner with client groups to deliver tailored HR solutions and gain their trust by being honest, consistent, and providing support.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing internal People and Culture processes, procedures, systems, and policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in Technology One or a similar HRIS is advantageous.
