Our client, a local government agency is seeking a People and Culture (P&C) Advisor to provide administrative support and help deliver essential P&C services to employees across the organisation for an inital 3 month period This is a temporary, full-time position working 35 hours per week. Key Accountabilities:
Supporting recruitment and selection, as well as employee onboarding and offboarding
Processing forms and invoices and handling general correspondence
Maintaining P&C systems, including data entry, testing, and reporting
Providing administrative support for P&C projects and events
Provide P&C advice and information, respond to inquiries, and help implement and manage P&C business processes to ensure efficiency
Key requirements:
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support in a People and Culture environment
Highly developed organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, including providing clear, accurate, and timely information
Advanced computer skills and the ability to use a range of computer applications
A commitment to working in a team environment
Desirable, but not required:
A current Class C (minimum) NSW Driver's Licence
A relevant tertiary qualification in People and Culture or a related field
Experience with HR information systems like TechOne or Oracle
