Your New Role:
In your role as the Workforce Administrator, you will work with a small, friendly and supportive team, with a primary focus on supporting stores in payroll and workforce coordination. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- First point of contact for stores regarding payroll and work schedule enquiries.
- Managing payroll reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to solve timesheet discrepancies.
- Assist in creating and auditing staff schedules.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies.

About You:
- Experience in a similar payroll administration position.
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident status needed.
- Intermediate Excel and MS Office.
- Detail orientated.
