Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Payment Business Architect to be responsible for ongoing enhancement of business processes and solutions that support in the delivery of target state of the payment’s platform in alignment with the Agency’s tech strategy and architecture principles.
... As a Payment Business Architect, you will be required to:
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.
- Map end-to-end processes whilst consulting with the Business and Tech side to support the program of work inc. gathering business requirements, assessment and options analysis
- Model the current and future state whilst engaging with business area to identify risks and opportunities.
- Think, visualise and demonstrate systems approach, dependencies and processes that is platform agnostic.
- Represent Business architecture in Quarterly business planning sessions.
The successful candidate must have:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
- Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations.
