The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified French Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective French language instruction to students across Years 7-11. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire a love of the French language and culture within a Catholic educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
- Uphold the values and ethos of our Catholic school.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Fluency in French and a passion for French language and culture.
- Experience teaching French to secondary school students (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school.
