About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Manager B2B Marketing, the core mission of this role is to deliver revenue growth through Leasing B2B partnerships via marketing value exchange, commercially aligned plans, and a customer value proposition and experience that is mutually beneficial for the organisation and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Growth:
- Develop and execute partnership marketing plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Value Exchange Management:
- Develop and execute value exchange strategies for mutual partner benefit and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and develop new value exchange opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage value exchange agreements with partners.
- Marketing Campaign Leadership:
- Develop and execute partnership marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on joint marketing plans with partners.
- Champion customer-first thinking in activations, ensuring brand, CX, and commercial wins.
- Balance creativity, performance, and the nuances of co-branded propositions with marketing best practices.
- Administrative & Research Support:
- Perform ad hoc tasks.
- Conduct ad hoc research.
- Handle organisation and filing.
- Execute data entry tasks.
What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in partnership or growth marketing.
- A proven track record of driving commercial and marketing outcomes via partnerships.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer insights, CX, marketing channels (CRM, Web) best practice, and media.
- Strong commercial acumen in ROI analysis of partnerships from a marketing and revenue lens.
- Proficiency in high-level data analysis.
- A Bachelor of Commerce/Business (Marketing) or similar qualification.
- B2B2C experience (desirable).
- Automotive or banking industry experience (desirable).
- Strong relationship building skills.
