We are seeking a HR professional to manage a full suite of generalist HR duties for our national client group. This permanent, part-time position offers the perfect blend of strategic involvement without the full-time commitment.
- Strategic Partnership: Report to and work closely with the Head of People & Culture, providing expert advice and leadership guidance across the business.
- Flexible Locations: Enjoy the flexibility of alternating between the CBD or southside offices.
- High-Impact Projects: Play a crucial role in key initiatives, including the implementation of a new HRIS platform and driving change management strategies.
You will be the go-to partner for leaders, focusing on:
- Driving Employee Relations (ER) and case management with confidence and expertise.
- Partnering with stakeholders on performance, recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Interpreting People metrics and coaching leaders to develop data-driven strategies.
- Serving as a Change Champion as the team grows and evolves.
- High Visibility: Work directly with leadership and make tangible contributions to the business.
- Be the Expert: Leverage your HR experience to drive strategic change without the pressure of an overwhelming full-time workload.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Broad, generalist HR advisory experience
- Strong, demonstrated experience in case management.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across a diverse national workforce.
- Experience in the health or retail sector is a bonus, but not essential.
